Refund policy


Custom Products (Non-Returnable)



All custom-made items (including products with personalised names, numbers, logos, or designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.


As these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


If you receive a faulty or incorrect custom item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.





Trail Torque Branded Products



Items from our standard Trail Torque branded range (non-custom) can be returned or exchanged.


To be eligible:


  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Must include original packaging where possible






Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.


If approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to process






Exchanges



We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items (e.g. size swaps), subject to stock availability.





Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
